Non-Refundable Items

Important: License Deactivation

Upon refund approval, your license will be immediately deactivated

You will lose access to all plugin features and updates

When a refund is processed, we will deactivate your license key and all associated device activations. The plugin will stop functioning, and you will no longer receive updates or support.

Special Circumstances

Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the wrong plugin or duplicate license, contact us within 24 hours for an immediate refund or exchange.

Technical Issues

We'll work with you to resolve any technical issues. If we cannot resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, we'll issue a full refund.

Subscription Cancellations

Monthly/yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial months, but you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
